IELTS terms and conditions

It is highly recommended that every candidate should go through the terms and conditions set by IELTS organization when they register for the test as later it can neither be altered nor modified for any individual.  Every candidate who has paid the exam fee will receive a candidate brochure which contains the terms and conditions and all necessary information a candidate should be aware of while going through the entire IELTS process. This information brochure includes all details such as the instructions every candidate must follow, security measures which are taken when they attend the exam, the procedure for result, the procedure needed for cancellation and finally how our personal information will be used by the IELTS team. Every candidate when they sign in the form or register by ticking the boxes will be considered that they oblige the rules mentioned in the terms and conditions column of IELTS.

When cancellation process is initiated by the candidate, an administrative fee will be deducted but it should have a time gap of more than three weeks’ time from the date of test. Similar rules apply for postponement of the test date from already booked one. And these two will happen only if the issue is considered as extraordinary circumstances else IELTS organization would not permit for the cancellation and postponement process.
